At DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL, every garment is made to order and specially handcrafted for each client. Our pieces involve dedicated craftsmanship, customised measurements, fabric sourcing, embellishment, and production exclusively against your order.

As all our garments are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

Please Review Your Order Carefully

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review and confirm their measurements, customisation details, product specifications, colour, fabric, and other order details before placing an order.

Alterations

We understand that a perfect fit is important. In case the garment requires minor alterations due to fitting, we will be happy to assist you, subject to the nature of the alteration.

Alteration Request Window

Alterations must be communicated to us within 1–2 days of receiving the garment. Any alteration requested after this period may not be accepted.

Please note that alterations do not constitute a return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a garment that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

After reviewing the issue, DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL may, at its discretion, offer an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, alteration, replacement, or another suitable remedy.

Customised Orders

Customised Garments

For customised garments, including changes to measurements, colour, design, fabric, embellishments, neckline, sleeves, or other specifications requested by the customer, no return, exchange, or refund will be applicable once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
