By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website or place an order.

These Terms should be read together with our applicable:

  • • Privacy policy;
  • • Shipping policy;
  • • Cancellation policy;
  • • Return and exchange policy;
  • • Refund policy;
  • • Made-to-order and customisation policy; and
  • • Grievance redressal policy.

Where specific written terms have been agreed for a particular order, those terms shall apply to that order to the extent they are consistent with applicable law.

03

You represent that:

  • 1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law;

  • • otherwise misuse the Website or its services.

05

Products and product information

DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL offers designer apparel, sarees, lehengas, sharara sets, gowns, blouses, bridal wear, occasion wear and other fashion products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.

However, handmade, handcrafted, embroidered and individually produced garments may contain minor variations in:

  • • Embroidery placement;
  • • Fabric texture;
  • • Colour;
  • • Embellishment;
  • • Finishing; and
  • • Workmanship.

Such variations may be inherent to handcrafted and made-to-order products and shall not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

06

Product photographs, colours and display

We make reasonable efforts to display colours, fabrics, embellishments and product details accurately.

The appearance of colours may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, browser settings and the natural characteristics of the fabric.

Minor variations between photographs and the physical product shall not, by themselves, constitute a defect.

07

Prices, taxes and availability

Prices displayed on the Website are those applicable at the time of purchase, subject to correction of manifest errors.

Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as required by law.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to contact the customer before processing the order to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law.

08

Order placement and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected product.

An order shall be treated as accepted when the order has been confirmed by DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL or AD Enterprises in accordance with our order-processing procedure.

An automated order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where further verification is required.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • • product unavailability;
  • • pricing or listing errors;
  • • suspected fraud;
  • • payment failure;
  • • inaccurate customer information;
  • • inability to fulfil a requested customisation;
  • • violation of these Terms; or
  • • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, any refund due shall be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Refund policy.

09

Payment terms and payment policy

All payments for products purchased from DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL, including made-to-order, customised and ready-to-ship products where applicable, shall be made to AD Enterprises, the business entity operating the DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL brand.

9.1 Made-to-order and customised products

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the following payment structure shall apply.

50% advance payment
A 50% advance payment of the total order value is required to confirm the order and commence procurement, production, customisation or other work relating to the order.

An order will not be treated as confirmed for production purposes until the required advance payment has been successfully received and cleared.

50% balance payment
The remaining 50% balance payment must be paid and successfully cleared before the product is dispatched or shipped to the customer.

No made-to-order or customised product will be dispatched until the complete outstanding balance has been received.

9.2 Ready-to-ship products

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page or agreed in writing, ready-to-ship products require 100% payment before processing and dispatch.

9.3 Custom, bespoke and bridal orders

Custom, bespoke and bridal orders generally require:

  • • 50% advance payment to commence the order; and
  • • 50% balance payment before dispatch.

Where a different written payment schedule has been specifically agreed between the customer and AD Enterprises that written arrangement shall apply to that particular order.

9.4 Payment clearance

An order shall be treated as paid only after the applicable amount has been successfully received and cleared.

Payment screenshots, transaction initiation notices or pending payment status shall not by themselves constitute cleared payment.

9.5 Customer-caused payment delays

If the customer fails to make a required payment within the agreed timeframe, production, dispatch and delivery timelines may be correspondingly extended.

Additional costs arising from customer-requested changes, rework, repeated customisation, failed delivery or other customer-caused circumstances may be payable separately.

9.6 Additional customisation

Additional customisation requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges, revised production timelines and changes to previously agreed specifications.

Such changes may require customer confirmation before implementation.

9.7 International payments and orders

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage charges and other destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

9.8 Payment fraud and chargebacks

We reserve the right to verify transactions and delay processing where a transaction appears suspicious or requires verification.

Customers must not initiate an unjustified chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute after receiving the ordered product or service.

Nothing in this clause restricts a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or genuinely fraudulent transaction.

10

Payment methods

We may accept payment through methods made available on the Website, including:

  • • credit cards;
  • • debit cards;
  • • Visa;
  • • Mastercard;
  • • UPI;
  • • net banking; and
  • • other payment methods made available through authorised payment partners.

Payment processing may be carried out through third-party payment gateways.

11

Made-to-order products

Many DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL products may be produced specifically after an order is placed.

Made-to-order production may involve procurement of fabric, embroidery, tailoring, embellishment, finishing, quality checking and other production processes.

Accordingly:

  • • production timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing;
  • • complex or highly customised products may require additional time;
  • • customer-requested changes may extend production timelines;
  • • material or artisan availability may affect timelines; and
  • • dispatch will take place only after the applicable balance payment has been received.
12

Customised and personalised products

Where a customer requests customisation, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, design instructions, colour preferences, fabric preferences, personalisation details and other specifications.

Once customised specifications have been approved, changes may not be possible without additional charges or production delays.

Customised and personalised products may be subject to specific cancellation, return and exchange conditions communicated before order confirmation, subject to applicable law.

13

Customer measurements and fit

For customised or made-to-measure garments, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.

We shall not be responsible for fitting issues arising solely from:

  • • incorrect measurements supplied by the customer;
  • • incorrect information supplied by the customer;
  • • changes in measurements after confirmation;
  • • failure to follow measurement instructions; or
  • • customer-requested alterations after production.

Where measurement guidance is provided, customers should carefully follow the instructions supplied by DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL.

14

Design approval and customer confirmation

Where applicable, the customer may be required to approve design details, measurements, colours, fabric, embroidery, embellishments, blouse style, garment length, customisation details or other order specifications.

Once the customer approves the relevant specifications, production may proceed on that basis.

Subsequent modifications may require additional charges and/or additional production time.

15

Production timelines

Production timelines shall be communicated on the relevant product page, quotation, order confirmation or written communication.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, production timelines are estimates and do not include shipping or transit time.

For example, a stated production period of 25–60 days refers to the production process and does not necessarily mean delivery within 25–60 days.

Timelines may be extended due to delayed customer approvals, incomplete information, delayed payments, measurement issues, customisation changes, courier delays, customs, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16

Shipping and delivery

Orders shall be dispatched using an available courier or logistics partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, customs, security restrictions, government restrictions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, transit is managed by the relevant logistics provider.

We shall reasonably assist customers with tracking and delivery-related issues.

17

Delivery address and customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

We shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect contact information, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier communication or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Additional delivery or re-shipping costs caused by incorrect information or customer-caused delivery failure may be payable by the customer.

18

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import restrictions, duties, taxes and other requirements in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws of the destination country.

We cannot guarantee that every product will be permitted for import into every jurisdiction.

Customs delays, refusal, seizure or destination-country charges arising under local law may be outside our control.

19

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly and shall be governed by our applicable Cancellation policy.

Because certain products may be individually produced, customised or personalised, cancellation rights may differ depending on whether procurement, production or customisation has commenced.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled by us for reasons attributable to us after payment has been received, any refund due shall be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Refund policy.

20

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds shall be governed by our applicable Return and exchange policy and Refund policy.

Eligibility may depend upon:

  • • product category;
  • • whether the product is ready-to-ship or made-to-order;
  • • whether the product is customised or personalised;
  • • whether the product has been worn;
  • • whether the product has been altered;
  • • whether the product has been damaged;
  • • the reason for the return; and
  • • applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

21

Defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different products

If a customer receives a product that is materially defective, damaged in transit, materially different from the confirmed order or incorrectly supplied, the customer should contact us promptly with appropriate evidence, including photographs or videos where requested.

The issue shall be reviewed based on relevant order records, photographs, production records, delivery condition and other available information.

Where a defect or error attributable to us is established, an appropriate remedy shall be provided in accordance with applicable law and our applicable policies.

22

Product care and alterations

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with the product.

Delicate fabrics, embroidery, pearls, crystals, sequins, beads, handwork and other embellishments may require specialised care.

Improper washing, ironing, storage, handling or unauthorised alteration may damage the product.

Unauthorised alterations, tailoring, repairs or modifications after delivery may affect eligibility for return, exchange or defect claims where the issue is caused or contributed to by such alteration.

23

Intellectual property

All intellectual property appearing on the Website, including brand names, trademarks, logos, photographs, product photographs, videos, graphics, website design, product descriptions, written content, designs, artwork, creative concepts, layouts and marketing materials, is owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by AD Enterprises or DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL, except where third-party rights are expressly identified.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, republished or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

24

Trademark and brand protection

DEEPANSHI MASSEY is the subject of an Indian trademark application bearing TM Application No. 7542137, filed on 18 February 2026, in Class 25 for “Clothing, footwear and headgear.” The application is for a word mark, and the Trade Marks Registry extract supplied by the business records its status as “Ready for Examination” as of 29 September 2026.

The Registry extract identifies DEEPANSHI MASSEY as the proprietor shown on the application.

Nothing in these Terms represents that the above application has already been registered.

All rights in the DEEPANSHI MASSEY brand identity, including its name, logo, branding, creative identity, photographs, artwork, designs and associated materials, are reserved to the extent protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, imitation or commercial use of the DEEPANSHI MASSEY name, branding or confusingly similar marks may be subject to available legal remedies, including remedies relating to passing off and, once registration is granted, infringement of registered trademark rights.

Under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, registration gives the registered proprietor exclusive rights in relation to the registered goods or services, subject to the Act and any conditions or limitations of the registration. The Act also provides for infringement of registered marks in circumstances specified by law.

Accordingly, no person may, without lawful authorisation, use the DEEPANSHI MASSEY name or confusingly similar branding in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights, including in connection with:

  • • clothing or fashion products;
  • • websites;
  • • domain names;
  • • social-media accounts;
  • • marketplace listings;
  • • advertisements;
  • • packaging;
  • • promotional material;
  • • product listings; or
  • • other commercial activities.

All rights and remedies available under applicable intellectual-property laws are reserved.

25

Design and creative work protection

The designs, original garment concepts, embroidery arrangements, artwork, photographs, videos, campaign concepts and other creative materials created or commissioned for DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL may be protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third parties may not reproduce or commercially exploit such materials without appropriate permission.

Purchasing a garment does not transfer ownership of our intellectual-property rights in the underlying design, artwork, photographs, branding or creative concepts.

26

Customer content and reviews

Where customers voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, testimonials or other content for publication, they grant us permission to use such content for legitimate brand, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy policy.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

Customers must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

27

Privacy and personal data

Personal information submitted through the Website may be processed for purposes including:

  • • order processing;
  • • payment processing;
  • • production;
  • • tailoring;
  • • delivery;
  • • customer support;
  • • communication;
  • • fraud prevention;
  • • legal compliance; and
  • • other legitimate business purposes.

Personal information shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy policy and applicable law.

28

Third-party service providers

We may use third-party service providers for payment processing, logistics, shipping, website hosting, analytics, communication, marketing, technology infrastructure and other operational services.

Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

29

Website availability

We endeavour to keep the Website available and functioning. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting failures, cyber incidents, updates, network failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the Website where reasonably necessary.

30

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL and AD Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from matters beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding mandatory consumer protections or remedies available under Indian law.

Where liability is legally established against us, the applicable remedy shall be determined in accordance with the nature of the claim, applicable law and circumstances of the case.

31

Force majeure

We shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, epidemics or pandemics, supply-chain interruptions, power or telecommunications failures or other comparable circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, we shall communicate material delays and take reasonable steps to resume performance.

32

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AD Enterprises, DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL and their authorised representatives against claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from:

  • • your unlawful use of the Website;
  • • fraud or misuse;
  • • violation of these Terms;
  • • infringement of third-party rights caused by content or information supplied by you; or
  • • intentional or negligent misconduct by you.

This clause shall not require a customer to indemnify us for matters caused by our own unlawful conduct.

33

Fraud, misuse and chargeback abuse

We may investigate transactions where there are reasonable indicators of payment fraud, identity misuse, stolen payment credentials, false delivery information, fraudulent return claims, repeated abusive chargebacks, manipulated evidence or other unlawful activity.

Where legally permitted, we may suspend processing of an affected order pending verification.

We reserve all lawful rights and remedies against fraudulent activity.

34

Modification of terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, changes to our business, changes to products or services, operational requirements or improvements to the Website.

Updated Terms shall be published on the Website with an updated effective date.

Changes shall not retrospectively alter rights and obligations already accrued under a completed transaction except where required or permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

37

Dispute resolution

We encourage customers to first contact our customer-support or grievance team so that concerns may be resolved amicably.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through reasonable communication, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Any arbitration arrangement, if separately agreed or legally applicable, shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or other authority where such remedy is available under applicable law.

38

Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction conferred by law upon competent courts, commissions and authorities, disputes relating to the Website or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi/New Delhi, where legally permissible.

This clause shall not be interpreted to unlawfully restrict any statutory forum available to a consumer.

39

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

40

No waiver

Failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms at any particular time shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision subsequently.

41

No partnership or agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise relationship or agency relationship between the customer and AD Enterprises or DEEPANSHI MASSEY LABEL.

42

Entire agreement

Important publication note

The trademark section currently reflects the Trade Marks Registry document supplied for this website. That document records TM Application No. 7542137, Class 25, for DEEPANSHI MASSEY, with the status “Ready for Examination” as of 29 September 2026.

Once the registration certificate is received, section 24 should be updated with the exact registration number, registration date, proprietor and registered specification shown on the certificate. The wording can then state that DEEPANSHI MASSEY is a registered trademark in India, subject to the certificate and applicable law.
