International Shipping
International orders incur additional shipping charges based on:

• Destination country

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our garments are meticulously handcrafted on a made-to-order basis, exclusively for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has commenced.

Alterations
We are pleased to offer alteration services for garments requiring adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.

International Orders
For alterations on internationally shipped garments, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend scheduling at least one fitting to ensure optimal sizing before finalizing alterations.

International Orders
International shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

• Displayed prices exclude import duties, customs fees, and local taxes
• As the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes
• Payment of these charges is required at the time of delivery to clear your order through customs
