At the brand Deepanshi Massey, every piece is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our garments, we do not accept Returns or Refunds.
Made-to-Order Policy
All our garments are made-to-order and are specially handcrafted for you. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- Once an order has been placed, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to the customized nature of our products.
- However, we do provide assistance with alterations to ensure the best possible fit.
- For international orders, if alterations are required, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. This is because we recommend at least one fitting/trial for a garment to be tailored accurately to your size.
We take great care in creating each piece and aim to deliver a garment that reflects both our craftsmanship and your unique style.
Alterations & Repairs
- We offer one-time complimentary alteration for domestic orders for minor repair if the fit is not perfect.
- Alterations must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Major design changes or extensive alterations may incur additional costs.
- As all products are individually handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, color, or finish are part of the artisanal process and will not be considered defects.
Discounted or Limited Stock Items
- Items purchased on sale, discount, or as part of a limited-stock collection are final sale.
- No alterations, returns, or refunds will be offered on these items.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
