At Deepanshi Massey Label, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, reliable, and timely manner through our trusted third-party courier partners. Every product is made-to-order, which means additional time is required for production before dispatch. Please carefully read our shipping and delivery policies below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All garments are made-to-order. Please allow up to 40-50 business days for production before dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
A Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and courier partner details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

2. Shipping Timelines

Domestic Orders (India): Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery can take 50-60 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

⏳ Note: In case of international shipments, delivery timelines may be affected by logistics delays, public holidays, customs processing, or local restrictions.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Some of our trusted courier partners include:

4. Multiple Shipments

Sometimes your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. Don’t worry—this is completely normal.

This usually happens if products in your order come from different warehouse locations.
You will only be charged once for shipping or Cash on Delivery (if applicable), on the first package you receive.
For international orders, we usually ship everything together in one complete shipment.

5. Shipping Charges

Domestic (India): A flat ₹100 shipping fee is applied to all orders below ₹499. Orders above ₹499 are eligible for free shipping.
International: Shipping charges vary by destination. Please contact us with your order and shipping address for exact costs before confirming.

📦 Custom Duties & Taxes (International Orders):
We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. These must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery to release the package from customs.

6. Packaging

We take pride in secure packaging to ensure your items arrive safely:

Products are shipped in sturdy boxes with an outer plastic protective layer.
Each garment is individually packed carefully.
Fragile items (like bottles or accessories) are secured with bubble wrap for added safety.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery times are estimates only. Unexpected delays may occur due to:

Government-imposed shutdowns, lockdowns, pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), strikes, or war/national emergencies.
Public holidays and customs delays.
Operational challenges faced by the courier company.

In such cases, Deepanshi Massey Label will not be held liable but will coordinate with courier partners to keep you informed.

8. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

Deepanshi Massey Label is not responsible for items damaged or lost by courier companies during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please immediately contact the courier/shipment carrier to file a claim.
Customers are advised to retain all packaging materials and the damaged product until the claim has been resolved.
