SHIPPING

Each garment is made to order and undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

Production: As mentioned on the respective product page.

Shipping: Shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched and is calculated separately from production time.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping across India is free unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping: International shipping charges are additional. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other destination charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking: Tracking details are shared after dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to become active.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each garment is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you. Therefore, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted once production has commenced.

Please carefully verify your measurements, size, colour, fabric, customisation and order details before placing your order.

Alterations: Minor fitting alterations may be assisted with if communicated within 1–2 days of receiving the garment, subject to the nature of the alteration.

Damaged or Incorrect Product: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video for review.

Customised Orders: Customised garments are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
